Hailing from a thoroughly holistic dental background, I have had a practically rewarding experience of twenty summers in dentistry.

Believing in the virtues of power-packed smiles to be the most delightful dressings of all times to be, I have been truly blessed to be applauded as the maestro behind the artistry of every successful smile. Understanding the awful dilemma of every patient who suffers from the nightmare of sporting an illfitting, haplessly crooked or incredibly yellow smile, I go every mile to unearth the best dental solutions for every patient. I am proud to share that I love to prioritize, prevent and cure the qualms of dreadfully decayed smiles into the most pearlescent experiences ever. Nandita Elizabeth Paulose

Having successfully completed her education at a distinguished dental institution in India, she pursued a Master's in research at the National University of Singapore (NUS). She has since been practising general dentistry in the private and public sector across India and Australia .

Her commitment lies in making dental treatments stress-free, finding fulfillment and satisfaction in keeping her patients happy and anxiety-free. Embracing the motto "changing lives one smile at a time," she dedicates her free time to reading, exploring Melbourne's vibrant culinary scene, and spending time with her family

Carmen Niezsek, Practice Manager

Carmen has been working in the dental industry since 2005. She completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting in 2005 in which she was awarded Dux of her class. She is passionate about the dental industry and was always a dentist enthusiast as a child which is why she chose this career option, hoping to create another generation of dental enthusiastic children. Her favourite part of working in the industry is working in a close team to provide welcoming and professional patient centered care. She loves the evolving technology and changes that are always coming to the industry. At Seville dental you will often see her managing the front desk or being the voice at the end of your call how ever she also loves assisting our dentists so will often makes an appearance in the treatment room too.

Outside of work Carmen enjoys an active lifestyle going on nature adventures with her young family, yoga and her husband’s cooking. She is kept busy with a 5 year old daughter who tells Carmen that she wants to work in a dental clinic one day too.
